Relevansi Konsep Learn, Unlearn, and Relearn Dalam Pendidikan Kristen di Era Disrupsi

Abstract


Konsep learn, unlearn and relearn memilki relevansi yang penting dan mendalam dalam dunia pendidikan kristen. Penanaman konsep ini bertujuan untuk memperbaharui pengetahuan sebelumnya, bersikap inklusif terhadap inovasi baru, dan membuka diri terhadap pembelajaran yang berbeda. Studi kualitatif penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perlunya adaptasi, inovasi dan pengembangan Pendidikan Kristen di era disrupsi dengan pendekatan literatur review yang akan membantu mengumpulkan informasi dan data yang dapat menjadi acuan yang tepat. Indikator dari penelitian ini berfokus kepada kemampuan untuk memperbaharui pengetahuan dan pemahaman sebelumnya serta mencari solusi kreatif terhadap perkembangan yang terjadi di era disrupsi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Alkitab pun mencatat mengenai konsep ini lewat pengalaman hidup tokoh Alkitab perjanjian baru dalam bahasa yang berbeda. Relevansi yang ditemukan adalah kemampuan untuk memperbarui dan menyesuaikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan sebelumnya, kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan konflik antara pemahaman dan pengetahuan yang sudah ada dengan fakta baru, kemampuan untuk menemukan solusi kreatif untuk masalah baru, serta kemampuan untuk membuka diri terhadap berbagai perspektif dan pandangan yang berbeda.

Abstract

The concept of learn, unlearn, and relearn has significant and deep relevance in the world of Christian education. The implementation of this concept aims to renew previous knowledge, embrace inclusivity towards new innovations, and open oneself to different forms of learning. This qualitative study aims to explain the importance of adaptation, innovation, and development of Christian education in the era of disruption through literature review approach that can help gather relevant information and data. The indicators of this study focus on the ability to update previous knowledge and understanding, as well as finding creative solutions to the developments in the era of disruption. The results of this study show that the Bible also mentions this concept through the experiences of New Testament biblical figures in different languages. The relevance found includes the ability to update and adjust previous knowledge and understanding, resolve conflicts between existing knowledge and new facts, find creative solutions to new problems, and open oneself to various perspectives and views.
