Mengapa-Apa-Bagaimana Pemimpin-Pelayan
Abstract
Dengan judul “Pemimpin-Pelayan” Panitia Wisuda mengalokasikan waktu selama sekitar 30 menit untuk orasi ilmiah ini. Dalam waktu yang singkat tersebut akan disampaikan jawaban terhadap tiga pertanyaan, yaitu:
· Mengapa membicarakan “pemimpin-pelayan” di era globalisasi ini?
· Apa yang dimaksudkan dengan “pemimpin-pelayan?”
· Bagaimana kita semua, khususnya para wisudawan, diharapkan akan tampil sebagai “pemimpin-pelayan” di lingkungan kerja kita masing-masing?
